Tell us about yourself?
I am a tech entrepreneur, senior developer, and innovator who founded Moila Hosting, Pitsi Capital and Workplus. CTO at Thuma Mina Online. I am an ICT business development brain believing in innovation in the following sectors but not limited to; hospitality, fashion, security, and health. Also a tech and business author at The Conia. I have worked with businesses to help them operate at their optimum level over the years.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
I will dream big, be fearless and do more, stay focused on my goals, make a detailed plan for every goal, and be persistent.
What problem does your business solve?
We believe that SMEs deserve the same quality, depth and breadth of ICT services afforded big business, and that the technology they want is provided on their own terms. Whether its cloud computing and ecommerce, the latest business tech trends such as Web Apps, cloud or practical help with software, we can provide everything SMEs need to know about technology. That’s why we created a CRM to help business manage their companies and projects better with our Affordable and secured cloud solutions.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
ICT services were very expensive for SMEs and the exclusion of African businesses in the online and internet space.
What is your magic sauce?
We deliver on our promises and our customers come first. Our solution involves everything from Web Hosting and web application development with cloud products help our clients with sales, operational support, branding, billing and marketing.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Our vision is to be the SAAS Omni channel infrastructure for the shared cloud solutions for SMEs and connect at least 35% by 2027
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Infrastructure makes it difficult for SMEs to be fully online but that is changing now as more and more businesses are seeing the need to be online or use cloud solutions.
